The APhA-ASP Summer Leadership Institute Registration (APhA-ASP SLI) will be held July 18-20 in Washington, DC!

Registration Timeline
Pre-Registration Available through May 12, Step 1:
All APhA-ASP Chapter's should fill out the Pre-Registraiton Form - Step 1 by Friday, May 2, 2025 11:59 PM PST.
Registration Available May 9 to May 30, Step 2:
The student pharmacists that were registered via the pre-registration form will recieve an email with the link to register for SLI.
Registration includes the following meals: Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast & Lunch and Sunday Breakfast. Attendees are responsible for their registration fee, transportation, and the cost of hotel accommodations secured for the meeting. Most APhA-ASP chapters provide funding for each attendee to participate.

The SLI attendee registration fee does not include the cost of hotel. Hotel pricing and fees can be found here https://sli.pharmacist.com/sli/housing-and-travel.
We will have an attendee waitlist for those chapter officers who want to attend SLI. APhA will accept additional registration requests on a first-come, first-serve basis. To place additional chapter officer representatives on the APhA-ASP SLI Waitlist, please register your representative online via Pre-Registration Form Step 1. Direct emails to APhA-ASP requesting placement on the APhA-ASP SLI Waitlist will not be accepted.
Please note that registering for the APhA-ASP SLI Waitlist does not guarantee a seat at the Institute and that the Waitlist Registration fee is different. Please do not book flights and/or transportation until you have received an email from APhA Student Development Staff indicating a spot is available for you to attend. All waitlist communications will be sent by Friday, May 9, 2025. Students will then have until Friday, May 30, 2025 to register for a spot on the APhA-ASP Waitlist. Any attendees that do not register by this date will for forfeit their spot on the list.
APhA Waiver/Release Information
By Registering for the APhA-ASP Summer Leadership Institute, I understand that my likeness can be used by APhA for purpose in future publications and promotional materials.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be in writing and received by the APhA Student Development (apha-asp@aphanet.org) 30 days prior to the APhA Institute (June 18, 2025) and are subjected to a $30 administrative fee. No refunds will be made for cancellation received after 30 days prior to the APhA-ASP Summer Leadership Institute (June 18, 2025) 11:59 PST.
